Twelve Part Video Exercise Series
Wellness USA has partnered with Natalie Heckert, a fitness expert and the founder and CEO of Club Efit. The RedFit series of videos involve Natalie demonstrating and working out with the Efit elastic bands in the RedFit Sauna. There are twelve workout videos and one demonstration/assembly video. I had the sauna set up as a half set with green screen in the background. I set up the lighting, recorded the audio with a bluetooth microphone and had three cameras filming at different angles. The final product was edited in Garage band and Premiere Pro.

After preparing a series of interview questions to lead the athletes into their own stories of healing and recovery, my voice was edited out and the film was spliced and set to music for a smooth and concise testimonial.

Three Part Video Demonstration Series
The following is a three part series on the AquaGlo Facial Machine. Part one addresses the unpacking and set-up of the machine. Part two demonstrates how a facial would be performed. And finally, Part 3 details how the machine should be maintained and cleaned.
